Woburn Business Lawyers

In today’s world, our Woburn business lawyers believe that to provide effective business counsel, it is essential for a lawyer to not only be proficient in legal doctrine, but also to have that doctrine grounded in the client’s business and financial realities.

One of the most important things you should know about Ionson Law is that we are experienced in working with financial advisers, accountants, lawyers, business owners and operations executives, and understand each professional’s perspective when approaching an issue, challenge or problem. We speak all their “languages.”

A Partnership

Often cumbersome, complicated and expensive legal and regulatory requirements can be the biggest barriers to achieving success in business. Ionson Law enables its clients to cost-effectively receive the guidance and services necessary to obtain a proper foundation when starting out and to deal with legal issues that face any organization as it grows.

While our Woburn business lawyers are happy to help any client who needs one-off legal services, such as reviewing a contract, preparing/reviewing a release form, taking the minutes of a board meeting, or filing some regulatory papers, we want to forge long-lasting relationships with our clients. We look to establish a business “partnership,” in which we’re able and willing to be at a client’s service 24/7—always on call to provide counsel that helps meet expectations and achieve goals.

Fee Flexibility

Ionson Law understands and appreciates the many challenges facing businesses today, particularly those confronting early-stage companies and entrepreneurs. Of course, the biggest challenge facing most businesses is budget.

So, first, any potential client receives a free, 30-minute phone consultation. During this consultation our Cambridge business lawyers will discuss in more detail your legal issue(s) and determine how we can assist you. Since each client is unique, we do not maintain a rigid fee structure. In many instances, we can provide a flat fee or a “not to exceed” arrangement so that you know exactly how much you are paying and exactly what will be provided for any particular fee. Additionally, we also will quote a reasonable, incremental hourly fee for services that are additional to any flat-fee arrangement.

We want to engage with clients as much as possible to ensure that legal fees are clearly explained and, most important, are not hurdles to overcome. To that end, we also offer clients payment options, accepting most major credit cards in addition to cash, checks, and money orders.
